Jeffrey and Christine
In lieu of a traditional registry, we have decided to register for our "Dream
Honeymoon!" Christine has enough kitchen items, towels, and fake trees to last us a
lifetime; combine her stuff with my stuff, and even though we've had 5 garage sales
between South Carolina and New Mexico, we haven't gotten rid of enough! This is
evidenced by our two crammed-full storage sheds back home. So, since we have all
of the household items we need, we decided that this would be the perfect gift to
start our new life together. All "donations" will go towards Christine's dream of
staying in the over water bungalows (she won't shut up about them), SCUBA
excursions, and those breakfasts in bed that all honeymooning couples should have
(says she). What is our "Dream Honeymoon?" That is a very good question!
Christine & I love SCUBA diving, beaches, sun, exotic locations, and adventure, so
we selected a place to satisfy all of these wishes. Christine has always thought that a
honeymoon in the South Pacific would be, ahem, "romantic," so we're off to (drum
roll please!)...Western Samoa. Talofa! Now, as we work away the hours in Baghdad,
we are dreaming of our rental Jeep bumping along back roads, lazy days on a
drifting boat, massages, rum drinks, and warm water SCUBA diving. We can't wait
until those dreams are reality. Thank you for your love, your friendship, and for
sharing our joy; this is the day that our two families will merge. We look forward to
seeing you there and sharing it all with you.
